How Focus works
Build the boundary once. Use it whenever you need it.
A Focus Mode remembers what should wait, so protecting a block of time takes seconds.

Choose what can wait.
Use private, on-device insights or start from scratch, then select individual apps, whole categories, and supported websites.

Save it. Start it.
Name the setup for work, study, or any routine. Start that saved mode in the app—or scan Anchor and choose it.

Focus. Scan to finish.
Selected distractions stay shielded while unselected tools remain available. The normal way to end is to return to and scan your paired Anchor.
Keep essential tools available by leaving them out of the mode. One-time setup requires Apple's Screen Time permission.
Limited emergency unlocks remain visible for genuine need. How emergency access works
Focus + Feet First
One Anchor. Two ways to follow through.
Keep selected distractions shielded during Focus—or place Anchor away from bed and scan to complete the Feet First alarm.
Feet First availability and alarm behaviour depend on iPhone, iOS, and permissions. Separate emergency access remains available. Check compatibility

Leave Anchor somewhere that asks you to get out of bed.
Break the scroll
Stop doomscrolling before the next swipe.
Doomscrolling often starts with one reflexive tap. Anchor adds physical distance between the urge and the endless feed, giving you a chance to let the impulse pass instead of losing another hour.
Expected mid-August 2026 · app included · no subscriptionMore room for the impulse to pass—and for you to choose what happens next.

Feet First · get-up-and-scan alarm
Put the finish line away from your pillow.
Leave Anchor on a dresser, bathroom counter, or in another room. Feet First keeps follow-up rings scheduled until you reach it and scan, helping break the half-awake snooze loop.
Optional Bedtime Lock can keep selected distractions out of reach overnight, too.
Limited Feet First emergency stops remain available for genuine need.
Alarm behaviour depends on your phone's operating system and permissions. Check compatibility before buying.

Stats + streaks
See the habit you're building.
Anchor turns completed Focus sessions into daily wins, anchored time, streaks, and mode trends. Feet First progress lives here too, so consistency becomes easier to see over time.
- Measure follow-through
- See daily wins, your current and best streaks, and the time you kept anchored.
- Learn what works
- Compare active days and top modes, then adjust the routines you use most.
- Keep Screen Time context private
- Weekly Screen Time trends are rendered by iOS. Anchor does not save or send your detailed app-usage history.
Magnetic by design
Made to move. Built to stay put.
Built-in magnets keep Anchor visible and within reach—on the fridge, a locker, or wherever your routine needs a reset.
- Place it
- Give your focus ritual a clear, physical home.
- Move it
- Relocate Anchor whenever your routine changes.

Compatibility, emergency access, and how Anchor works—explained plainly.
Anchor currently supports iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later using NFC and Apple's Screen Time permissions. Android support is planned but not available yet. Review the full compatibility guide before buying.
Software controls can be changed on the same phone as the distraction. Anchor moves the normal end-of-session scan to a physical place you choose, while keeping emergency access available.
Focus and Feet First include separate emergency-stop allowances. They are there for genuine need, and the app shows the remaining count before one is used. Read the emergency access guide for the current recovery flow.
The physical Anchor is passive NFC hardware, so it has no battery and needs no charging. Core use requires no Anchor account. The app is included with the product and does not require a subscription.
